Thursday 27th September was a good day for 2019, as a wonderful team of skilled church members carefully picked the grapes that have grown so well at church. Picking and pressing the red grapes made a magnificent 52 litres of juice. A low sugar content was measured resulting in only 8% alcohol so more sugar will be added to raise this a little. Most will be our communion wine when fermented and matured.
