You are invited to a Fix, Clean, Garden, Chat & Eat Day at All Saints Church Dedworth, on Saturday 11th May from 9:00am -1:00pm. Delicious snacks provided all morning followed by a scrummy “Workers Lunch”!

After our superb fix it day in March to which we had the joy of 18 people coming we are holding a follow up event on SATURDAY MAY 11th from 09:00am – 1:00pm. See attached poster!!
Our big social event is Saturday June 22nd this year but the May event is the one time in the year we ask the congregation for their help. So it is a whole-church invite for you to come down, make a contribution to keep the church shipshape but also socialise – chatting as well as working!
It is great fun, coupled with the satisfying feeling of getting something useful done!
PLUS There will be plenty of snacks in the morning (Danish pastries etc and maybe some savouries) and a proper “workers lunch” at the end. (Rev Paul is organising and will be looking for offers of help!) Please bring your various tools/cleaning items etc and take them away with you afterwards
We expect some gardening jobs (details nearer the time) as we expect all the foilage to shoot up now, plenty of weeding and tidying to be done and potentially clearing the garden shed at last! But a big focus will be on cleaning the church as there were only three of us doing that last time and we have a list of tasks! (see below in red!)
There will also be some “fix it” jobs for the practically minded which we will decide nearer the time.
